Taishoken Ramen is located in Chinatown of Vancouver and a few blocks away from my old office. It used to be one of the best lunch options for me!
We finish our first day in Kelowna with a dinner at Mabui Sushi Izakaya. We tried a variety of Japanese dishes that we normally don’t order, and we should’ve enjoyed them with beer!
I’ve visited Nao Sushi in Burnaby for more than 10 years, and it is still my No.1 Japanese restaurant. I love almost everything they offer, including sashimi, nigiri sushi. But, kamameshi remains their best offering and my all time favourite dish!
We had lunch at Ichiro Japanese Restaurant when we visited Steveston in March. I found this restaurant on Google Map with a 4.2-star rating. It turned out to be an authentic restaurant with delicious food.
Ramen is one of my favourite Japanese food. This spring, I visited or revisited 3 ramen stores, and Hokkaido Ramen Santouka was one of them. I’ve been to its Robson store before, and it remains one of my top picks in Vancouver.
