Our Slovenia day trip ended with a visit to Ljubljana Castle in the evening. It is the landmark of the city which can be dated back to 11th century.

Kelowna is famous for the view of Okanagan Lake, and having a walk by the waterfront is a must for any visit to the city. We spent some time by the lake on Day 3, and it was a pleasant walk.

Review: Plaza Premium Lounge Vancouver (Domestic Departure)

Our Banff trip started with a visit to the Plaza Premium Lounge Vancouver in the domestic terminal. This was my mother and my sister’s first ever lounge visit, and both were very satisfied.

I enjoyed our only meal in Slovenia at Julija, a restaurant near the castle in downtown Ljubljana. I don’t think what I had is traditional Slovenian food, but it was decent nonetheless.
